Andrew Huang

Managing Director & Head of Investment Solutions and Partnerships

Andrew is an investment innovation specialist with 18 years of experience in investment & strategy consulting across banking, insurance, super and asset management. His multi-disciplinary skillset includes public market investing, thematic research, data science and climate finance.

Andrew was formerly Senior Investment Manager of Equities at State Super, where he was an early innovator in incorporating environmental impact objectives into investment strategy and mandates. Andrew holds a Master of Data Science from Sydney University and is a CFA charterholder.

Adam Randall

Executive Director & Head of Quantitative Research

Adam has 25 years of quantitative research experience, with 18 years of investment experience at some of Australia’s largest fund managers including as Head of Research at VFMC, RQI Investors and IFM Investors. In 2017, Adam founded Blue Orbit Asset Management, his own quant investment firm, which performed in the top 10% of global peers in eVestment and Morningstar.

Prior to joining the investment industry, Adam spent 5 years at Boeing as an aerospace engineer. Adam holds a Ph.D. in flight data interrogation at RMIT University.

Desiree Lucchese

Executive Director & Head of Impact Integration

Desiree is an internationally recognised thought leader in sustainability and responsible investment. A senior executive with a rare combination of environmental science and institutional investment management backgrounds, her experience includes sustainability advisory, infrastructure planning and expertise in ESG & Climate Change data management and analytics. Desiree is a contributor to Technical Expert Group for the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA), and an Honorary Associate to UTS Business School's Finance Department.

Desiree holds a MSc in European Environmental Policy & Regulation from Lancaster University and a BSc in Environmental Science at the University of Plymouth. Desiree is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Corporate Directors (AICD).

Andrew Barros

Non-Executive Director - Family Offices & Private Wealth

Andrew brings over two decades of expertise in family office and private wealth management, with a proven track record of building and scaling purposeful businesses. His experience spans strategic innovations in practice building, wealth transition, and guiding families through complex governance and intergenerational wealth management. Andrew's approach emphasises aligning family values with financial, human and social capital to create sustainable wealth strategies, alongside personally fulfilling lives and strong family relationships.

Andrew holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie Business School.

Michael Kollo

Strategic Advisor

Mike is a highly experienced FinTech and asset management executive and internationally recognised thought-leader and commentator on AI and its adoption within financial institutions. Over his 18 year investment career, he has served as a quantitative researcher and portfolio manager at BlackRock, Fidelity, Renaissance Asset Management and AXA Rosenberg. Mike was formerly an executive at HESTA and a Non-Executive Director at Clime Asset Management.

Mike holds a PhD in Finance at the London School of Economics.
