Appointment will drive quantitative research capability in impact investing

Experienced quant investor and investment firm founder Adam Randall has joined the Board of Impact Alpha Partners as an Executive Director. Adam’s appointment will drive the firm’s capability to apply a quantitative lens to impact investment research.
Impact Alpha Partners (IAP) was founded with the mission to partner with investors and help drive impact and alpha in investment outcomes.
Adam brings considerable expertise in quantitative research and portfolio construction from a distinguished career across some of Australia’s largest fund managers including IFM Investors, RQI Investors (part of First Sentier) and Victorian Funds Management Corporation. In 2017, Adam founded Blue Orbit Asse Management, a quantitative Australian and global small caps asset manager.
Adam’s expertise covers alpha signal research, portfolio optimisation and risk allocation. Adam holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering.
